Toxixi is a character created by StarChaser94. He is a shapeshifter who thinks his sole purpose is to cause chaos. He is also an asshole, jerk, racist, sexist, sadist, and anything else you can think of. He as well as everyone else have no idea where he came from, or how he came to be for that matter. The only thing he does know is that he's over 400 years old.
